Project Overview

AIIR Consulting is a global leadership development firm known for its evidence-based coaching methodology, proprietary coaching platform Coaching Zone®, and a mission to enable transformation rooted in measurable results, science, innovation, and integrity. As part of their analytics-enabled Coaching Zone® platform, AIIR built HR dashboards to provide users with real-time insights into coaching and leadership development programs—featuring organizational engagement tracking, benchmarking, goal‑setting data, and performance metrics. As the Dashboard Layout Designer, I was responsible for designing the dashboard interface and visual layout. My role involved creating intuitive information hierarchy, clear data visualizations, and responsive design to enhance usability and enable HR users to quickly interpret analytics and track program effectiveness within Coaching Zone®.
